DCS is a customizable application designed to fit within the existing information system framework for large- and medium-scale operations. DCS is based on user-defined rules that automatically derive where a document is due-from and where it ultimately needs to be sent. These rules utilize loan-level data downloaded from origination, servicing, or secondary marketing systems that correctly and dynamically set up documents to be tracked. When DCS core features are utilized, the time and cost savings are recognized immediately.
