ProMerit

ProMerit is a Loan Accounting and Collateral Tracking Information System for Warehouse Lenders and Mortgage Bankers. It helps Warehouse Lenders and Mortgage Bankers account for all funding and collateral activity for credit facilities they monitor. ProMerit has collateral stratification capabilities within user-defined facilities to further segment collateral by characteristics such as product types, FICO scores, origination source, aging, or any combination of user-defined collateral fields. It is designed as a subsidiary ledger to the General Ledger, with the ability to track all loan accounting transactions in detail. ProMerit is capable of interfacing with General Ledger, Wire, DDA, Loan Origination, and virtually any type of system used by Warehouse Lenders and Mortgage Bankers.
