Software Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new solutions using C#, AJAX, XML, XSLT, Web Services, NET 3.5 & 4.5, JavaScript & TSSQL

Conduct detailed analysis & debug existing applications in a large scale, high volume transaction environment

Conduct unit, integrated, customer & regression testing.

Identify & document all appropriate technical analysis & design elements, including technical designs &/or prototypes

Conduct functional & technical walk-through

QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS in computer science

Strong software engineering skills (essential)

Experience in Object Oriented Design & architecture (required)

Experience in Web development & Web Services

Some exposure to the 3.5 & 4.5 .NET framework & Microsoft SQL Server (preferred)

Experience in IIS, XML, SQL 2008 or greater using stored procedures (desirable)

Understanding of the MVC Design Pattern

C#, JavaScript, XHTML, SOAP, TSQL & related Microsoft technical certifications/training (desirable)






Documentation Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
IP Formation, Documentation, Definitions, Specifications (Findings), processes

End-User, Internal training on writing documentation, standards, MBMS Application knowledge and understanding of business concepts

Receive, Acknowledge and Route customer requests

Answer phone calls and respond to email for customer requests

Participate in external and internal projects, customer support activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in business related field, or writing related field (preferred)

Experience dealing with external clients

Training, public speaking and presentation skills

Experience in writing documentation including use cases, test cases, tutorials, technical, guides

Expertise in using Microsoft Word, editing and publishing documentation






Implementation Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
IP Formation, Documentation, Specifications (Findings, Extensions, Enhancements), processes

End-User, Admin, Directed and Facilitated Customer and Internal training either onsite or utilizing VSD (Virtual Service Delivery)

Business Development, Enhancements, Issue Review

MBMS Application configuration and setup, installation

MBMS Application knowledge and understanding of business concepts

Testing of MBMS Applications for project and support related activities

Findings validation, internal and external

Specification writing and requirements analysis

Participate in external and internal projects, customer support activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in a computer-related or business field (preferred)

Experience dealing with external clients

Experience developing specifications for the solution of issues including background, verification, solution and test plans

Training, public speaking and presentation skills

Experience in writing documentation including use cases, test cases, tutorials

Familiarity and experience with Transact SQL, XML and Microsoft SRSS

Knowledge and understanding of relational database, ODBC connectivity and setup






Test Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute in establishing, revising and verifying quality standards, processes and procedures for assigned projects

Review and contribute to product requirements and design specifications during planning stages of software development life cycle

Contribute to the integrity of the test plans, test data, test environment and coordination with support areas for specific projects

Develop appropriate test plans and test cases from working closely with developers and designers to ensure quality products are delivered to customers

Automation script design and development using development tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation

QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS in computer science

Strong software engineering skills (essential)

Proficient in SQL (required)

Experience in Web development and Web Services (preferred).

Experience in Microsoft Team Test (desirable)






Systems Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and maintain server infrastructure in a Microsoft-based network environment

System administration for core Microsoft Windows based systems including: Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Microsoft Team Foundation and virtualization

Support internal and external customers with installation and configuration of MBMS .NET Web applications and hardware configurations

Systems and security monitoring, auditing and reporting for critical server components

Internal technical training and document creation on emerging and core technologies

Systems automation through scripting

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in computer-related or business field (preferred).

Familiar with Microsoft operating systems and technologies.

Direct exposure to both Sever and Workstation class hardware and software administration.

Detail oriented and with an emphasis on process and document-oriented work.

Thirst for knowledge concerning new and emerging technologies.

Exposure to Windows 2008/2003 Servers, DNS, IIS, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL Databases, Virus Protection, Workstation Imaging and Virtualization.

The following certifications would be a plus: Microsoft, A+. Knowledge or background in automation, IIS web administration, programming or IDE’s is a plus.






Software Development Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the technical creation of all Software Solutions for the assigned product across all channels & projects

Develop & Implement design standards across all products

Maintain expert level understanding of the all product’s business models

Contributing member of software development efforts (Sr. Level)

Manage Version / Source-Code Processes & Controls

Cross Product Development Communication

Manage the creation & maintenance of product design documents.

Mentors new team members

Performs regular Code Reviews w/ Team members

Direct/Priority Access to decision makers

On-Call Status is required in case of emergency

QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS in computer science

10+ years management or team leadership experience (required)

15+ years of experience in the development of enterprise-wide &/or web-based software solutions (required)

Experience in Object Oriented Design & architecture (required)

Experience in Web development & Web Services (preferred)

Some exposure to the 3.5 & 4.5 .NET framework & Microsoft SQL Server (preferred)
