Software Architect
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide architectural oversight for development of new or enhanced products. Design, develop and innovate new or enhanced product features. Perform the most complex development, testing and debugging tasks. Concentration on new platforms, highly leveraged code-base, modularization, configurability and interoperability. Provide high-level development analysis and design reviews Evaluate new platforms, technologies and software products/techniques to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company’s products.
QUALIFICATIONS: BS or MS in computer science. Strong software engineering skills (essential). Experience in Object Oriented Design and architecture (required). Experience in Web development and Web Services (preferred). Some exposure to the 2.0 .NET framework and Microsoft SQLServer (preferred). Experience in IIS, XML, SQL 2000 or greater using stored procedures (desirable). Understanding of the MVC Design Pattern. C#, JavaScript, XHTML, SOAP, TSQL and related Microsoft technical certifications/training (desirable).
Test Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute in establishing, revising and verifying quality standards, processes and procedures for assigned projects. Review and contribute to product requirements and design specifications during planning stages of software development life cycle. Contribute to the integrity of the test plans, test data, test environment and coordination with support areas for specific projects. Develop appropriate test plans and test cases from working closely with developers and designers to ensure quality products are delivered to customers. Automation script design and development using development tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation.
QUALIFICATIONS: BS or MS in computer science. Strong software engineering skills (essential). Proficient in SQL (required). Experience in Web development and Web Services (preferred). Experience in Microsoft Team Test (desirable).
Network Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities: Implement and maintain technology infrastructure in a Microsoft-based network environment. System administration for core systems including: Active Directory, Exchange, Firewall, SQLServer, Microsoft Team Foundation and Great Plains. Support internal and external customers on installation and configuration of MBMS Software Applications.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in a computer-related or business field (preferred). Familiar with Microsoft operating systems,technologies and network environments. Direct exposure to both hardware and software administration. Detail-oriented and with an emphasis on process and document-oriented work. Exposure to Windows 2003/2000 Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL Databases, Citrix Presentation Server, Internet Communications and Security, VPN, Firewalls, Virus Protection, Routers, Switches, IP Networking, Intranets, Workstation Imaging. The following certifications would be a plus: MCSA, A+, Network+, and Security+.
Software Developer
RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop new solutions using C#, AJAX, XML, XSLT, Silverlight, .NET 2.0–3.5, JavaScript and TSSQL. Conduct detailed analysis and debug existing applications in a large scale, high volume transaction environment. Conduct unit, integrated, customer and regression testing. Identify and document all appropriate technical analysis and design elements, including technical designs and/or prototypes. Conduct functional and technical walk-through.

Implementation Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate resolution of client problems in assigned product areas. Perform problem resolution verification (bugs/ enhancements). Maintain status of problem resolution and problem resolution database. Update customer and group leader on problem resolution status. Assist with testing problem resolution fixes. Participate in external customer projects. • Assist with supporting business development efforts via telephone or on-site.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in a computer-related or business field (preferred). Experience working with database applications and developing reports. Experience developing specifications for the solution of issues including background, verification, solution and test plans. Training, public speaking and presentation skills. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Familiarity and experience with Transact SQL, XML and Microsoft SRSS. Knowledge and understanding of relational database, ODBC connectivity and setup. An understanding of banking and finance.
